Summer Enrollment for Project Rise begins April 1!

Children (and parents) love Project Rise summers at Operation Shoestring!

Operation Shoestring will soon begin accepting enrollment applications for Project Rise Summer Camp, which will begin on Monday, June 5th. With priority enrollment given to students at Galloway Elementary School and Walton Elementary School, the summer camp welcomes students ages Kindergarten through 7th Grade.

Click the link below to express interest in enrolling your child. You will be asked to submit the following items for each child being registered:

• Birth certificate
• Parent’s ID
• Proof of parent’s income
• Health insurance information

Please note: This form does not automatically admit you into Operation Shoestring’s summer program. You must wait until Operation Shoestring reaches out to confirm your child’s enrollment in verbal or written form.
