Creating Joy-Filled Experiences with Project Rise

Anderson is a quiet and observant first grader. You can find him focused on practicing his penmanship, solving math puzzles, and helping his teachers. But don’t let his serious nature fool you—all Shoestring staffers agree that he has a radiant and contagious smile. Anderson has been attending our afterschool and summer program for a little over six months now, and says he loves “the reading games we play and the trips we all go on as a class.”
